Cardoso, José Emanuel QuintelaAzevedo, Philippe Manuel Teixeira2017-11-102017-11-102017-09http://hdl.handle.net/10400.26/19277O presente trabalho de investigação aplicada está subordinado ao tema: “Estratégias de Gestão e Prevenção de Comportamentos Aditivos e Dependências na Guarda Nacional Republicana”, este tem como objetivo geral analisar de que forma os comandantes, diretores e chefes previnem, gerem e encaminham comportamentos aditivos e dependências nos militares da GNR. Quanto à metodologia empregue na investigação, adotou-se o modelo hipotético-dedutivo. Este estudo visa, assim, a verificação das hipóteses, a resposta às perguntas derivadas e à pergunta de partida. Relativamente aos procedimentos de recolha de dados, foram empregues a pesquisa bibliográfica, a análise documental e os inquéritos por questionário. O trabalho de investigação é constituído por duas partes, designadamente a Parte I – Enquadramento teórico, a Parte II – Parte prática e as Conclusões e Recomendações. A parte I está dividida em dois capítulos, onde se faz um breve estudo sobre os comportamentos aditivos e as dependências e o enquadramento legal sobre a temática. A parte II encontra-se dividida em três capítulos, explanando-se a metodologia adotada, os métodos e materiais utilizados, fazendo-se a apresentação e análise dos resultados e, por fim, a discussão dos resultados na qual se estabelece uma ligação entre o enquadramento teórico e os resultados obtidos. Por último, são redigidas as Conclusões e as Recomendações. Da investigação realizada, concluímos que a formação dos oficiais na área dos comportamentos aditivos e dependências é praticamente inexistente, sendo que a criação de um plano de formação poderá ser preponderante, uma vez que irá colmatar as necessidades de informação acerca desta área. Esta formação permite uma melhor deteção, prevenção, gestão e encaminhamento de casos, os quais atualmente não se concretizam de forma correta nem transversamente em todo o dispositivo. Também, a falta de informação acerca do jogo patológico foi considerada uma lacuna, a qual poderá ser corrigida com a implementação de uma norma sobre esta patologia ou a sua integração num modelo de prevenção prático para ser implementado em todo o dispositivo.The present investigation is subordinated to the subject: "Strategies of Management and Prevention of Additive Behaviours and Dependencies in the Republican National Guard" and its main purpose is to analyse how commanders, directors and chiefs prevent, manage and supervise additive behaviours and dependencies in the GNR military. As for the methodology used in the research, the adopted method was the hypothetical-deductive. This study aims at verifying the hypotheses, the answer to the derived questions and the starting question. As data collection procedures, this study used bibliographic research, documentary analysis and questionnaire and surveys. The research work consists in two parts; Part I - Theoretical framework, Part II - Practical part and conclusions and recommendations. Part I is divided in two chapters, where a brief study is made on additive behaviours and dependencies; it is also referred the legal framework concerning additive behaviours and subjects. Part II is divided in three chapters, explaining the methodology adopted, the methods and materials used, making the presentation and analysis of the results and finally the discussion of the results, which establishes a connection between the theoretical framework and the results obtained. In the last chapter the conclusions and recommendations are drawn up. From the research it is concluded that the training of officers in the area of additive behaviour and dependencies is practically non-existent, and creating a training plan may be crucial, since it will fill the information that are needed in this area. This training allows improving detection, prevention, management and routing of cases, which are not currently applied correctly and all over the institution. Also the lack of information about pathological gambling was considered a gap, which could be corrected with the implementation of a standard on this pathology or its integration into a practical prevention model to be implemented throughout in the institution.porComportamentos AditivosDependênciasFormaçãoPrevençãomaster thesis201758415
