Este período de estágio contou com a integração de vários projetos, em dois clientes da empresa que é a entidade empregadora, com o objetivo de automatização de testes. Esta experiência permitiu uma integração, observação e análise daquilo que é o meio empresarial em Portugal e daquela que é a vida de um profissional na área de QA. Este trabalho propõe uma solução que envolve o estudo e apresentação de alternativas às ferramentas utilizadas no mercado, com especial foco em testes automatizados. Foi elaborado um estudo de mercado que avalia que tipo de propostas de emprego existem na área de QA, quais as necessidades do mercado, questões salariais envolvidas e se os planos de formação a nível académico estão adequados ou são suficientes no que toca a formar ou consciencializar profissionais a enveredar por áreas relacionadas com a qualidade software.This document refers to the internship experience, which was the option chosen to be carried out within the scope of the Internship/Project of the Master in Software Engineering, at the Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Setúbal (ESTSetúbal), belonging to the Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal (IPS). This internship period included the integration of several projects, in two customers of the company that is the employer, with the objective of automating tests. This experience allowed an integration, observation and analysis of what is the business environment in Portugal and what is the life of a professional in the QA area. This work proposes a solution that involves the study and presentation of alternatives to the tools used in the market, with a special focus on automated tests.
