Assim, considera-se prioritária a intervenção de enfermagem na prevenção e redução do bullying em crianças em idade escolar, pelo potencial para o seu desenvolvimento, envolvendo alunos, pais e professores, para maior efetividade dos resultados relativamente à prevenção do bullying. Como referencial teórico destaca-se o Modelo de Promoção da Saúde de Nola Pender, que possibilitou ancorar e sistematizar a avaliação diagnóstica e as intervenções de enfermagem. Objetivo: Contribuir para a capacitação de abordagens positivas e não violentas na prevenção e combate ao Bullying em crianças do 4° ano. Metodologia: A metodologia do planeamento em saúde foi utilizada, por se tratar de uma intervenção comunitária. Desenvolveu-se um estudo quantitativo, descritivo e transversal, que permitiu caraterizar o fenómeno do bullying. Para o diagnóstico da situação foi utilizado o questionário Bullying - agressividade entre crianças no espaço escolar. A amostra não probabilística, por conveniência, constituída por 28 crianças do 4º ano. O projeto decorreu na USP e UCC da ULSSJ, entre maio de 2023 e fevereiro de 2024. Resultados: As crianças que participaram no projeto na maioria eram do sexo masculino e, com idades entre os 9 e os 11 anos. Para a priorização recorreu-se a um painel de peritos em saúde escolar e, foram identificados os seguintes problemas, que ocorreram no 1º período: 71,4% dos alunos foi agredido; 45,9% das agressões ocorreram no recreio; e, 42,9% dos alunos agrediu outros colegas na escola. Conclusões: Da avaliação das intervenções implementadas, concluiu-se que houve aquisição e desenvolvimento de conhecimentos, em resposta aos objetivos estabelecidos, que potencialmente poderão contribuir para relacionamentos entre pares positivos e não violentos.Introduction: Bullying can be contextualized as a public health problem, as in addition to the consequences for those involved, it has an impact on society in general. Results: The children who participated in the project were mostly male and between 9 and 11 years old. For prioritization, a panel of school health experts was used and the following problems were identified, which occurred in the 1st period: 71.4% of students were attacked; 45.9% of aggressions occurred during recess; and, 42.9% of students attacked other classmates at school.
