A detailed taxonomic, metric and taphonomic analysis of the faunal assemblage is presented in this work. Material consists of about 453 bones, bone fragments and teeth. A big portion of the remains belong to cave hyena (Crocuta crocuta spelaea) and the thesis will try to answer the question if Hijena cave was a hyena den or a natural trap as suggested in earlier works.engArte rupestreMorphometric and taphonomic analysis of the upper pleistocene faunal assemblage from Hijenska Pecina, Croatiamaster thesis201827212
