Esta aplicação é inovadora ao colocar o usuário (cliente) de um serviço no centro da solução que será criada, através da empatia, por parte dos profissionais jurídicos. Durante a pesquisa, foi revisado o conceito de Legal Design, onde está a ser estudado e aplicado, através da literatura existente sobre a temática, entrevistas com profissionais jurídicos que utilizam esta metodologia e um inquérito online para perceber o quão satisfatória são as experiências das pessoas acerca dos serviços jurídicos, das leis, da justiça e do Direito. A investigação demonstrou que apesar de Direito e Design serem áreas tradicionalmente distintas, há uma demanda crescente para inovar a prática do Direito e oferecer serviços jurídicos mais eficazes para a sociedade como um todo.This study is the result of research on the innovative potential of the Design Thinking methodology when applied in different areas, particularly in the legal area. This application is innovative in placing the user (client) of a service at the center of the solution that will be created, through empathy by legal professionals. During the research, the concept of Legal Design was exposed, where it is being studied and applied, through the existing literature on the subject, interviews with legal professionals who use this methodology and an online survey to understand how satisfyed the respondents were about their experiences with legal services, justice and law practices.
