Para tal finalidade foi realizado um estágio na CP, E.P.E num projeto intitulado “Análise de Funções dos Técnicos Licenciados e Bacharéis”. As atividades desenvolvidas no estágio centraram-se na análise da informação recolhida através do questionário efetuado de modo a obter as informações necessárias para a redação das descrições de funções. O relatório inicia-se com um breve enquadramento teórico com um foco especial na análise e descrição de funções, de seguida segue-se uma descrição da organização e por fim a narração das atividades realizadas durante o estágio e a análise crítica do mesmo.This document reports my internship and was written to obtain a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. For this purpose, an internship was held at CP, E.P.E. in a project entitled “job analyses of graduates and bachelors”. The activities developed during the internship focus on the analysis of the information collected through the questionnaire in order to obtain the necessary information to write the jobs descriptions.
