This scenario demands tools capable of reliably monitoring the development process through easily visualisable metrics, facilitating analysis and decision-making. The present study aimed to develop a decision support system that provides essential metrics for managing agile teams, utilising data from GitHub repositories. The methodology comprised three main phases: (1) initial requirements gathering through interviews with agile software development experts; (2) analysis of responses to define a preliminary list of requirements; and (3) validation and finalisation of the tool's functional requirements through a brainstorming session. The study identified key metrics used by managers in conducting agile projects. The resulting tool was developed and tested, proving to be intuitive and easily analysable for end users.
